Danielle Stellers

Growing up in the small ski resort town of Sun Valley, Idaho, my love for outdoor activities started at a young age. I enjoy skiing, golfing, and hiking frequently. Moving to Boise in 2017 to study at Boise State University, I got my first taste of “big city” living, and loved it. Majoring in Finance and Business Administration, I received my real estate license my senior year of college, and began helping buyers and sellers navigate transactions, all while finishing up my college education. I’ve always been passionate about real estate investing, and have had the privilege of starting my own real estate portfolio here in Boise.
After meeting the required transaction, volume count, and classes in 2024, I received my brokers license in the state of Idaho. I am proud of this achievement and look forward to being able to provide broker level service to my clients. I started Idaho Real Estate brokers in June of 2024. I live in the East End of Boise with my husband Matt, our daughter Sophia, and our two mini goldendoodles.

Phil Doerflein

Associate Broker, GRI, RSPS
Phil Doerflein is an Associate Broker with Idaho Real Estate Brokers, serving clients in the Sun Valley market.
Phil is a Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), holding the GRI designation Phil has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate.
Phil also holds the RSPS certification. The Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification is for REALTORS® who specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in resort, recreational, and/or vacation destinations.
Phil’s Real Estate background also includes appraisal work as an Idaho Appraiser Apprentice.
Experience:
Before a full time move to Sun Valley Idaho in 2006, Phil served individuals and businesses with real estate transactions in Seattle Washington, while affiliated with Real Property Associates. Phil was also active in the ski & bicycle industry as a co-founder of Bothell Ski & Bike and Bikesale.com. Phil has enjoyed working as an auctioneer, conducting many charity and commercial sales throughout the Northwest. Phil and his wife Ann have participated in numerous personal real estate transactions and management of individual real estate investments including resort residences, commercial office space, multi family buildings, and self storage facilities.
